Cut the papad in desire shapes.
Combine all the masalas in a bowl. Add little water at a time and make semi thick paste of it.
Heat oil in a kadai on high flame. Once oil is hot add papads and fry them.
Reduce the heat. Add masala paste and fry for 1 minute.
Add green chilli. Fry for few seconds. Add water and stir well.
Switch off the flame on first boil. Add dry fenugreek leaves.
Serve hot with chapatis and curd.
