Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 bikaneri papad


  • 1/4 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 5 tbsp oil


  • 3/4 cup water


  • 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves


  • 1 finely chopped green chilli

Directions

  • Cut the papad in desire shapes.
  • Combine all the masalas in a bowl. Add little water at a time and make semi thick paste of it.
  • Heat oil in a kadai on high flame. Once oil is hot add papads and fry them.
  • Reduce the heat. Add masala paste and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add green chilli. Fry for few seconds. Add water and stir well.
  • Switch off the flame on first boil. Add dry fenugreek leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapatis and curd. Enjoy 😊
